Car dealerships began to register new vehicles on their own — Arsen Avakov
Today, April 6, a new initiative was launched in Ukraine — car dealerships received the right to register new vehicles. This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov.
“From now on, you can easily register the purchased new car directly at the car dealership and get a full set of documents and license plates without visiting the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The first car has already been registered today in 10 minutes! Dreams should inspire and come true easily!” he said.
This decision was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on February 16, 2021. Now the buyer of a new car can immediately after purchase receive license plates and a certificate of registration of the vehicle in the walls of the car dealership.
Business entities, regardless of the form of ownership, which carry out wholesale and retail trade in vehicles and are registered in the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, can participate in the state registration of cars.
