On amendments to some typical information cards of
administrative services provided by the territorial body for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

In accordance with the second part of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Services”, the List of paid services provided by the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Police and the State Migration Service, and the amount of fees for their provision, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 04, 2007 No. 795 (as amended by the Resolution Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 26, 2011 № 1098), in order to realize the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the field of administrative services

I ORDER:

1. Make amendments to the Standard Information Card of the Administrative Service “Issuance of a driver's license for the right to drive vehicles after graduation from an educational institution and passing exams”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 05, 2021 No. 913, stating it in the new version attached.

2. Amend the Standard Information Card of the Administrative Service “Issuance of a Certificate on the Training of Drivers of Vehicles Carrying Dangerous Goods (with Passing Exams)”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 05, 2021 No. 913, stating it in the new version attached.

3. Make amendments to the Standard Information Card of the Administrative Service “Repeated passing of examinations by the driver for the right to drive vehicles with dangerous goods”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 05, 2021 No. 913, stating it in the new version attached.

4th. Make changes to the Standard Information Card of the Administrative Service “Issuance of a Certificate on the Training of the Commissioner for the Safety of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (with passing exams)”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 05, 2021 No. 913, stating it in the new version attached.

5. Make changes to the Standard Information Card of the Administrative Service “Repeated passing of exams by the candidate for the right of the Commissioner for the Safety of Dangerous Goods Transportation”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 05, 2021 No. 913, stating it in the new version attached.

6th. Make changes to the Standard Information Card of the Administrative Service “Issuance of a Certificate of Permission of Vehicles for the Transportation of Certain Dangerous Cargoes”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 05, 2021 No. 913, stating it in the new version attached.

7th. Amend the Standard Information Card of the Administrative Service “Registration, re-registration of wheeled vehicles of all categories with the issuance of a certificate of registration and license plates, deregistration of a vehicle with the issuance of an account card and license plates for one-time trips”, approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 05, 2021, No. 913, presenting it in the new version attached.

8. Regional service centers of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to approve information and technological cards for administrative services “Issuance of a driver's license for the right to drive vehicles”, “Issuance of a certificate of training of drivers of vehicles transporting dangerous goods (with passing exams)”, “Re-taking the exam to the driver for the right to drive vehicles with dangerous goods”, “Issuance of a certificate of training of the commissioner for the safety of transportation of dangerous goods (with passing exams)”, “Issuance certificates of preparation of the Commissioner for the Safety of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (with passing exams)”, “Repeated passing of exams for the candidate for the right of the Commissioner for the Safety of Transportation of Dangerous Goods”, “Issuance of a certificate of admission of vehicles to the transportation of specified dangerous goods”, “Registration, re-registration of wheeled vehicles of all categories with the issuance of a certificate of registration and license plates, deregistration of the vehicle with the issuance of an identification card and license plates for one-time trips”.
