On leaving without consideration of the application for obtaining a license |
The Limited Liability Company “TAHO — SPORT” (hereinafter referred to as the license applicant) applied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with an application for obtaining a license to conduct a type of business activity, according to the results of the consideration of which it was established that there are grounds for leaving it without consideration. However, the agreement was concluded between the lessor — the limited liability company “STATE INVEST COMPANY” and the tenant — the limited liability company “T — SPORT”. At the same time, according to clause 8 “Details and signatures of the parties” of this contract, the tenant is LLC “T — SPORT”. In It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing a copy of the rental agreement of the premises certified by the head of the license applicant, indicating the full or abbreviated name of the license applicant in accordance with the entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations, as well as bringing the address in accordance with the Resolution, in the Agreement and Annexes 11, 13 to the License Terms. In accordance with paragraph 2 of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”
I ORDER:
1. Leave without consideration the application dated August 01, 2022 No. 40830 of the limited liability company “TAHO — SPORT” (identification code 44872608; location: Mazepa Ivana Street, house 11 A, office 72 A, Kyiv city, 01010) about obtaining a license to conduct business activities in the trade of firearms non-military use, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances actions, personal protection, active defense.
