On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 05, 2021 № 913

In accordance with the second part of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Services”, the List of paid services provided by the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Police and the State Migration Service, and the amount of fees for their provision, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 04, 2007 No. 795 (as amended by the Resolution Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 26, 2011 № 1098), in order to realize the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the field of administrative services

I ORDER:

1. Make the following changes to paragraph 1 of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 05, 2021 No. 913 “On approval of standard information cards of administrative services provided by the territorial body for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs”:

1) subparagraphs 1-3 shall be stated in the following version:

“1) A typical information card of the administrative service “Issuance of a driver's license for the right to drive vehicles”;

“2) A typical information card of the administrative service “Acceptance of the theoretical exam”;

“3) A typical information card of the administrative service “Acceptance of the practical exam”;”;

2) subparagraphs 4-8 shall be excluded.

In this regard, subparagraphs 9-26 shall be regarded as subparagraphs 4 to 21, respectively.

2. Make amendments to the Standard Information Card of the Administrative Service “Issuance of a driver's license for the right to drive vehicles after graduation from an educational institution and passing exams”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 05, 2021 No. 913, stating it in the new version attached.

3. Make changes to the Standard Information Card of the Administrative Service “Re-passing Exams on Traffic Rules and Vehicle Driving Skills”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 05, 2021 No. 913, presenting it in the new version attached.

4th. Make changes to the Standard Information Card of the Administrative Service “Re-passing Exams on Vehicle Driving Skills”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 05, 2021 No. 913, stating it in the new version attached.

5. Regional service centers of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approve information and technological cards for administrative services “Issuance of a driver's license for the right to drive vehicles”, “Passing a theoretical exam”, “Passing a practical exam”.
