On the abandonment of the application for the extension of the conduct of the type of economic
activity without consideration

The limited liability company “FLARM” (hereinafter referred to as the licensee) applied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with a statement on the expansion of the type of business activity, according to the results of the consideration of which it was established that there were grounds for leaving it without consideration.

Thus, for violation of the requirements of the License Terms, the conduct of economic activities for the production and repair of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in firearms for non-military purposes and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special equipment charged with substances of tear and irritant action , personal protection, active defense and their sale, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 02, 2015 No. 1000, the licensee did not provide information about the place of economic activity (Annex 11) and the type of products to be produced (weapons, ammunition for it, special means) (Annex 12).

In addition, a copy of the document confirming the right to rent premises for the conduct of the type of economic activity is not certified by the head of the licensee.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing information about the place of economic activity (Appendix 11), the type of products to be produced (weapons, ammunition for it, special means) (Appendix 12), and a copy of the document certified by the head of the licensee confirming the right to rent premises for the conduct of the type of economic activity, in accordance with the article the conclusion of the second part of the ninth article 15, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the second part of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On licensing of economic activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application dated August 23, 2022 No. 45749 of the limited liability company “FLARM” (identification code xxxxxx; location: Kyiv city) on the expansion of the business activity.

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
