On leaving without consideration of the application for obtaining a license

The limited liability company “AGREY” (hereinafter referred to as the license applicant) applied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine with an application for obtaining a license to conduct a type of business activity, according to the results of the consideration of which it was established that there were grounds for leaving it without consideration.

^{Thus, in violation of the requirements of the License Conditions approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 02, 2015 No. 1000, the license applicant did not provide information about the place of conducting business activities (Annex 11) and the availability of places for conducting business activities for low-mobility groups of the population (Appendix 1 3).}

In addition, a copy of the document confirming the right to rent premises for conducting a type of business activity is not certified by the head of the license applicant, and the application for obtaining a license contains entries that are not provided for in the established form (Appendix 1).

^{It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by filling out an application for obtaining a license in the form established by the License Conditions (Appendix 1), providing information on the places of conducting business activities (Appendix 1 1), availability of places of economic activity for low-mobility groups of the population (}Appendix ¹ 3), as well as a copy of the document certified by the head of the applicant for the license a document confirming the right to rent premises for the conduct of the type of economic activity.

In accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of the second part of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application dated June 02, 2022 No. 27342 of the limited liability company “AGREY” (location: Kyivska street, house 16, apartment 56, Rivne city, 33027, identification code 44566384) about obtaining a license to conduct business activities in the trade of non-military firearms, accessories for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second.

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
