On leaving without consideration the application for obtaining a
license to conduct security activities

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for a license to conduct security activities by the limited liability company “Vygar-Yug” (hereinafter referred to as the license applicant).

According to the results of consideration of the application, it was established that its non-compliance with Appendix 1 to the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 18, 2015 No. 960 (hereinafter — License Terms).

The license applicant did not fully submit the documents stipulated by the License Terms, namely did not provide information about security personnel (Annex 2), the availability of response transport (Appendix 22) and the availability of places of economic activity for low-mobility groups of the population (Appendix 4).

In addition, the provided copy of the work book does not contain confirmation of the hiring of an employee who is entrusted with the performance of the duties of a specialist in organizing security measures (hereinafter - a specialist).

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by submitting an application in the established form, information in accordance with Annexes 2, 22 and 4 to the License Conditions, an extract from the work book of a specialist indicating his position in accordance with the requirements of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Security Activities” or a copy of a labor license certified by the manager of the applicant the contract concluded by the founder of the license applicant with a specialist.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with paragraph 1, paragraph 2 of the third paragraph of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application dated February 02, 2022 No. 9440 for obtaining a license for the conduct of security activities of the limited company “Vygar-Yug” (location: Soborna street, house 4, building J, office 608, Nikolaev city, 54001, identification code 44560618).

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
