On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of business activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the application of an individual — entrepreneur DRABSKY ROMAN VOLODYMIROVICH about the cancellation of his own license

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license to conduct economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition therefor, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritable action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 17, 2018 No. 756 to an individual — entrepreneur DRABSKY ROMAN VOLODYMYROVYCH (place of residence: Otaman Holovatogo street, building 57, apartment 5, Odessa city, 65003, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2853119253).

2. Department of Communications (Andreev D.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
