On leaving without consideration the application for obtaining a license to conduct security activities

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for the issuance of a license to conduct security activities by the limited liability company “COSSACK GUARD MARIUPOL” (hereinafter — the license applicant).

According to the results of consideration of the application and the documents attached to them, it is established that in violation of the requirements of paragraphs 6, 14 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, the license applicant did not provide information about the availability of special means (annex 21), transportation agitation (Annex 22), availability of places of economic activity for low-mobility groups of the population (Appendix 4).

In addition, the license applicant, who is assigned the duties of a specialist in the organization of security measures, did not provide a copy of the document on obtaining higher education.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing information in accordance with Annexes 21, 22, 4 and providing a copy of the higher education document.
