THE ORDER

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for a license to conduct security activities by the PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY “TRANSNATIONAL FINANCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL OIL COMPANY “UKRTATNAFTA” (hereinafter referred to as the license applicant).

According to the results of consideration of the application and the documents attached to it, it is established that in violation of the requirements of paragraph 6 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, the license applicant did not provide a copy of the employment contract certified by him, which confirms compliance with the established conditions for hiring an employee who is entrusted with the performance of the duties of a specialist in organizing security measures, and there is no record of appointment in the copy of the work book of this employee him to the position of deputy head of the subject of security activities in accordance with the requirements of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Security Activities”.

In addition, instead of a copy of the document confirming the absence of restrictions on health grounds for the performance of functional duties, which is issued in the prescribed manner, a copy of the medical certificate form No. 127/0 is attached to the application, which is provided solely for obtaining permission (license) for the object of the permitting system.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing a copy of the document confirming the person's absence of health restrictions for the performance of functional duties, as well as a copy of the employment contract certified by the license applicant or an extract from the work book of the employee who is entrusted with the performance of the duties of a specialist in organizing protective measures.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of the second part of
Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application dated January 17, 2022 № 4333 for obtaining a license for the conduct of security activities of the PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY “TRANSNATIONAL FINANCIAL-INDUSTRIAL OIL COMPANY “UKRTATNAFTA” (location: Svishtovskaya street, house 3, Kremenchuk city, Poltava region, 39609, identification registration code 00152307).

2. Department of Communications (Bulayev V.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the next working day decision.

3. The licensing department (Chubayevsky V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
