We inform you about the publication on February 08, 2022 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval of the procedure for interaction of territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a state enterprise belonging to the sphere of management of the State Migration Service of Ukraine, and centers for providing administrative services” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order).
The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Services”, paragraph 51 of the Regulation on the procedure for issuing driver's licenses and the admission of citizens to drive vehicles, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 08, 1993 No. 340 (as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 20, 2009 № 511) in order to determine the mechanism of interaction of territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a state enterprise belonging to the sphere of management of the State Migration Service of Ukraine , centers for the provision of administrative services during the provision of services for the exchange of national driver's licenses, including those issued for the first time.
