The draft order has been developed in order to bring the normative and legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on State Regulation of the Circulation of Cannabis Plants for Educational Purposes, Educational, Scientific and Scientific and Technical Activities, Production of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic substances and medicines in order to expand the access of patients to the necessary treatment” (hereinafter — the Law of Ukraine) and the order of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmyhal dated March 04 2024 No. 5230/1/1-24 on ensuring the implementation of subsection 4 of paragraph 4 of section II “Final and transitional provisions” of the Law of Ukraine.
