Draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval of the Regulation on the functional subsystem “Information and analytical system of licensing types of economic activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we announce the publication on November 20, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On approval of the Regulation on the functional subsystem “Information and analytical system of licensing of species economic activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the “Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order): https://mvs.gov.ua/uk/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/projekt-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayini-pro-zatverdzennia-polozennia-pro-funkcionalnu-pidsistemu-informaciino-analiticna-sistema-licenzuvannia-vidiv-gospodarskoyi-diialnosti-mvs-jedinoyi-in.

The draft order was developed in order to automate the service processes of providing administrative services in the field of licensing and ensuring the formation and maintenance of license registers.

The draft order establishes the procedure for the formation and maintenance of license registers of security activities and activities for the production, repair, trade of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of special means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense and their sale, by automating the service processes of providing administrative services, which provides introduction of relevant information into the functional subsystem “Information-analytical system of licensing types of economic activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” of the unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
