We inform you about the publication on February 14, 2024 on the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Instruction on the Conditions and Procedure for the Acquisition, Storage, Accounting, Use and Use of Devices for Firing Ammunition Equipped with Rubber or Similar in Their Properties metal projectiles of non-lethal action, and of these cartridges by police officers, persons dismissed from service in the police, as well as former police officers” (hereinafter — draft order).

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to bring into line with the legislation of Ukraine certain norms of the Instruction on the conditions and procedure for the acquisition, storage, accounting, use and use of devices for firing cartridges equipped with rubber or similar in their properties non-lethal metal shells, and the specified cartridges by police officers, persons dismissed from service in the police, as well as former police officers.
