In order to comply with the requirements of Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we inform you about the publication on July 22, 2022 on the official web portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Licensing conditions for the conduct of security activities” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution): here.

The draft resolution was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to comply with the requirements of the legislation on personal registration of conscripts, conscripts and reservists.

Proposals and comments on the draft resolution shall be accepted within one month from the date of publication in writing to the e-mail address: [email protected].

In accordance with Article 20 of the Law, comments and proposals on the draft resolution are also provided to the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine at the e-mail address: [email protected].
