In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on August 04, 2022 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the revised draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Norms legal acts on the road transportation of dangerous goods” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order): here. The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on
the purpose of improving the legal regulation in the field of road transportation of dangerous goods, establishing a single regulatory mechanism for the admission of vehicles to the transportation of dangerous goods by road and bringing the regulations of Ukraine into compliance with the requirements of international treaties of Ukraine in the field of road transportation of dangerous goods. Remarks and proposals from individuals and legal entities, their associations regarding the draft order are accepted within a month from the date of publication in writing
