Administrators of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have just completed training in sign language as an integral element of building a barrier-free environment and are already providing quality services to citizens who need it.

Sign language for administrators of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is a new approach in providing administrative services to people with hearing and/or speech impairments.

Employees who attended the training are pleased to note that a person who has never studied it will be able to understand sign language, since most of the gestures are quite logical and duplicate the actions and phenomena they describe.

In particular, the administrator from Khmelnytskyi Oblast Oleksandra was at the training yesterday, she skillfully learned the knowledge and has already applied it in practice.

Mr. Alexander, who has hearing and speech impairments since birth, applied to the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the exchange of a driver's license. The administrator greeted and asked for documents to receive the sign language service, as she was taught. The customer received the service quickly. A new driver's license in his hands confirms this.
