Almost 300 million in losses: Kyivavtodor's general director and exhibitor were informed of suspicion
The capital's law enforcement officers have exposed the general director of “Kyivavtodor” and the former head of one of the operational departments in official negligence.
During 2022-2023, officials of KP “SHEU Solomensky district of Kyiv”, at the direction of their head, carried various types of waste to a land plot intended exclusively for accumulating snow collected on the streets of the city.
In turn, the head of “Kyivavtodor” allowed the controlled enterprise to carry out actions that led to contamination of the site with waste and materials harmful to people and the environment. During the inspection of the land plot, scrap metal, solid household waste, plastic waste of automobile transport were found.
As a result of such actions, the state suffered losses of almost 300 million hryvnias. On February 15, the general director of “Kyivavtodor” and the former head of the district SHEU were informed of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 367 (Service-negligence) and Part 2 of Art. 239 (Pollution or damage to land) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
