For 2 years of full-scale war, almost 110,000 shelling of Ukraine was recorded, - Igor Klymenko at the Forum “Ukraine. Year 2024”
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has developed protocols of work at the fields of elimination of consequences of shelling. Rescuers and policemen travel to eliminate each of them to save people, put out fires and record war crimes.
“We need to work very quickly to deblock people, to dismantle the blockages very quickly and to work very quickly to document war crimes. And only the National Police documented more than 113,000 war crimes,” the Minister of Internal Affairs stressed.

Also, Igor Klymenko noted that a year ago, international partners invited us and taught us how to work for rescuers, how to disassemble rubble and how to document crimes. And already today we have dozens of requests for sharing experiences.
“The experience, unfortunately, is bitter. Because it is always grief and destruction. But at that time, we can now provide our international partners with maximum information on eliminating the consequences of enemy shelling,” the Minister of Interior stressed.
