From the territory of Russia, the enemy continues to shell the border of Ukraine
Yesterday, August 12, the enemy inflicted fire damage with the use of aircraft, mortars, large-caliber small arms, barrel and jet artillery.
Under enemy fire were Khotinsky, Yunakovsky, Esmansk, Shalygin and Mykolaiv communities of Sumy region, Novgorod-Siversk, Semenivska and Snovsk hromada of Chernihiv region and Zolochivska hromada of Kharkiv region.
On the Khotinsky community in the morning, the enemy fired from large-caliber machine guns, and later fired mortars from the side of the Russian settlement of Elizavetovka. About a dozen landings of 120 mm mines were recorded.
In the first half of the day, the occupiers on five occasions from the Russian settlements of Nikolayevo-Daryino and Sudzha shelled the territory of the Yunakovskaya community with mortars, SAU and RSZV “Grad”. About 65 explosions were recorded.
After lunch from the territory of Russia, the occupiers from the plane carried out 10 launches with unguided missiles on the territory of the Nikolaev and Khotinsky communities. As a result of the air strike, a field with wheat was set on fire.
At the same time, the enemy from the Russian settlement of Politotdelcheskaya covered the territory of the Nikolaev community with fire from RSZV “Grad”, 45 parishes.
Twice in a day, the occupiers from the side of the Russian settlement Bezymeno covered the territory of the Zolochiv community of the Kharkiv region, on the border with Sumy region, with barrel artillery fire. More than two dozen explosions have been reported.
In the evening, for three hours, the Russians shelled the border areas of the Esmansk community. About six dozen munitions from RSHVs, mortars and artillery pieces exploded on the outskirts of community settlements. Private households were damaged as a result of shells.
On the Shalygin community, Russians from their territory opened fire from the SAU and the RSFSR “Grad”, in total more than half a hundred explosions.
In the Chernihiv region, the Russians from the settlement of Chernozemny gorodok fired twice: in the morning with mortars -10 explosions, in the afternoon from the SAU - 4 explosions.
During the day, the enemy fired five times on the territory of the Novgorod-Seversky community. The invaders fired from the Russian settlements of Sluchevsk and Darayevsk from mortars, barrel and jet artillery — a total of about 40 hits. Also over the territory of the community, an enemy drone dropped explosive devices.
On the territory of the Semenovsk community in the evening from the village of Lomakovka, Russians fired from a self-propelled artillery installation, 5 explosions were recorded.
