“White Angels” took pregnant woman from front-line Krasnogorovka (VIDEO)
The girl lived with her family in the basement of the house in the epicenter of the arrival of enemy aircraft bombs. In the morning she began to have contractions, so the girl needed emergency hospitalization. Under shelling, on the destroyed road, the policemen evacuated the woman in labor to Pokrovsk, where doctors were already waiting for her. Thanks to the timely evacuation, little Varvara was born safely - everything is fine with mom and baby.
The call came to the police at 4 a.m. The road was difficult due to fog and fighting, but the White Angel group managed to get to the right place quickly. The chief of police of Kurakhovo Artem Shchus and “White Angels” Vasily Pipa and Rustam Lukomsky took part in the rescue flight.
Police officers were met by confused women - a mother and her daughter in the 37th week of pregnancy, who was in a semi-conscious state. Previously, the girl did not contact doctors and was not registered as pregnant.
The crew raced at the maximum possible speed accompanied by a rapid response team that ensured unimpeded movement. Law enforcement officers warned obstetricians in advance and monitored the well-being of the woman in labor all the time.
Doctors with stretchers were already waiting at the maternity ward and immediately began to help the woman. She gave birth to a healthy daughter, who was named Barbara. The happy news to the rescuers was told by a newly arrived grandmother.
The future fate of the family with a newborn baby will be taken care of by the local authorities. The issue of evacuating the family to a safer place is being resolved.
