Kharkiv region: police investigators document consequences of Russian shelling

On March 18, around 07:10 the Russians shelled the village of Novoosynove, Kupyansk district. Damaged private houses and a temple.
A man was wounded, born in 1961. He was taken to the hospital.
An investigative task force, forensics and explosives technicians work at the scene. In case of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
