In Transcarpathia, another channel for the transfer of men abroad was eliminated.

One of the attackers jumped on the “hot one” when he brought five men of conscription age to the border with his own car in order to further transport them across the Ukrainian-Romanian border.

According to the preliminary agreement, those wishing to illegally leave the territory of Ukraine had to pay the shippers 4 thousand US dollars.

In general, the merchants planned to receive 20 thousand US dollars from their clients — two residents of Kyiv region, a Vinnytsia resident, Ivano-Frankivtsi and a Lviv resident.

Organized an illegal “transfer” of three Transcarpathians. Dealers received a deposit of 10 thousand US dollars on the eve of the illegal transaction.

At the moment, one of them has already been handed a report on suspicion of committing a crime.

If the suspects are proven guilty in court, they face imprisonment of seven to nine years.

Another group of violators was exposed several hundred meters from the Ukrainian-Hungarian border. It was possible to detain the offenders thanks to advance information from the operational staff of the Chopsky detachment.

Additional border outfits with search dogs were sent to the area specified by them. Four unknown people were stopped on the outskirts of the settlement of Solovka, Uzhgorod district.

During the detention, one of the violators did not respond to the legal requirements of the dress, behaved aggressively and resisted law enforcement. Subsequently, it turned out that he is a local resident and a carrier of the other three — residents of Ivano-Frankivsk and Zaporizhia. For a monetary reward of $6,000 per person, the Transcarpathian was to take the men directly to the state border.

Officers of the National Police were called to the scene. A transporter car was found near the place of detention. The Investigative and Operational Team, by protocol inspection of the scene, seized the vehicle and found four mobile phones and cash in the amount of 4000 euros and 1000 US dollars in it.

Detainees were taken to the border unit in order to draw up administrative and procedural documents.

In the actions of the carrier, signs of a criminal offense under Part 3 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code “Illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine”. The investigating judge chose a precautionary measure in the form of detention for a period of 60 days with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of UAH 75700. Legal proceedings on the case have been resumed.

But the border guards of the Chernivtsi detachment stopped two cases of illegal movement of a narcotic substance across the Ukrainian-Romanian border.

Last night, a MAN truck arrived at the Krasnoilsk checkpoint, which was heading to Romania. During registration of the vehicle, the service dog signaled the presence of a narcotic substance in the driver's cabin.

During the inspection, under a seat in the floor, border guards discovered a cache where there was a package with almost 40 grams of a substance of plant origin. During the interview, the driver, a citizen of Ukraine born in 1992, admitted that the package contains marijuana.

On the same day, a border outfit with a service dog discovered a package of cannabis seeds during an inspection of a cargo-passenger minibus. The narcotic substance was hidden in the travel suitcase of a passenger born in 1963, a resident of the Dnipropetrovsk region, who was heading abroad.
