Implementation of legislation on the mandatory taxation of transactions for the sale or exchange of movable property objects, in particular vehicles, which are sold by business entities engaged in commission trade in vehicles.
Avoiding cases of intentional undervaluation of vehicles owned by individuals during the sale of such vehicles by entities engaged in commission trade in vehicles.
