Ukraine will provide humanitarian assistance to other states in accordance with the act of the President of Ukraine — the Government adopted a Resolution developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs
The Government adopted amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 21, 2001 No. 161, which were developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. These amendments bring the above-mentioned Resolution into compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Humanitarian Aid”.
Postnanova's draft provides for amendments to the Procedure for the provision of humanitarian assistance by Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 161 of February 21, 2001, excluding the words “Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or” in the text.
Therefore, humanitarian assistance to other states will be provided by Ukraine in accordance with the act of the President of Ukraine.
The implementation of the act will ensure that Ukraine provides humanitarian assistance to other states.
