For the first time, an electronic driver's license was issued in Rivne
On August 22, 2023, an e-certificate was issued at the Rivne Center for the provision of administrative services for the first time.
The cost of the service is 26 UAH. If desired, this document can be exchanged later for plastic. The service became possible thanks to the cooperation of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and centers for the provision of administrative services.
In addition to an electronic driver's license in CNAPs, you can get other services:
- exchange of driver's license (without passing exams)
- restoration of driver's license due to damage, loss or theft - registration of a new vehicle (without inspection)
- re-registration of the vehicle in connection with the change of personal data, installation of gas cylinder equipment
- deregistration of vehicles due to rejection.
