“Passport Service” started in the city of Cologne
The State Migration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to expand the geography of providing services of SE “Dokument”.
Eight software and technical mobile complexes - specially equipped white minibuses with the symbol “Passport Service” - have started their work in another German city - Cologne.
Mobile complexes are located at: Breslauer Platz, Köln, 50668.
Opening hours of the center: Monday - Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
Currently, citizens of Ukraine can receive from the city. Cologne:
• issuance of an ID card or passport (including in place of a lost or stolen one); • exchange of an ID card or passport (due to expiration, change of information, unsuitability);
• exchange of a 1994 sample passport for an ID card (optional or in case of unavailability) validity);
• simultaneous registration of a passport and ID-card; • exchange of a driver's license; • insurance.
Please note that as of April 21, 2023, DP “Dokument” does not have the authority to issue documents for citizens who have gone abroad for permanent residence and have the appropriate mark in their passport. Their issues are dealt with exclusively in foreign diplomatic institutions.
