At the Coordination Headquarters there was a meeting with representatives of the association of families of the National Guards who guarded the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and were captured.
Representatives of the Coordination Staff, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Main Directorate of the National Guard of Ukraine, the Main Directorate of the National Guard of Ukraine, the Main Investigative Department of the National Police of Ukraine and the Department of Health of the Ministry of Internal Affairs communicated with the participants and those who joined online. During the meeting, the relatives of the captured servicemen raised a number of questions about negotiations around future exchanges, the unsatisfactory state of health of the captives, which continues to deteriorate in enemy captivity and work with the Personal Cabinet.
A representative of the Coordination Staff noted that information about the whereabouts, health status and conditions of detention of prisoners of war comes from various sources. In particular, the defenders released from captivity provide valuable information about those still in enemy captivity.
