“Who needs the services of the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs? Who are your customers?” - This is not a complete list of questions that the administrators of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs operating in the de-occupied Kherson region answer daily. Yes, military aggression has made significant changes to the daily lives of local residents, but life in the region continues to rage.
Since the first days of de-occupation, Kherson region has often received calls with requests to return faster, because people are waiting for the Ukrainian state service. It empowers and inspires to overcome difficulties and work in spite of circumstances of irresistible force.
So, since the beginning of the resumption of work, 3026 registration operations have been carried out, 4082 national and international driver's licenses have been issued, 4672 theoretical and 3616 practical exams have been passed, and many consultations and explanations have been provided.
We share photos of our numerous visitors, people who need our services. All of them have their own history of contacting the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but all of them are provided with the same quality services. Among them are medical workers, journalists, servicemen, pensioners, public sector workers, housewives and students.
Someone is applying for the renewal of documents that were brazenly “caught” by the developers. Some suffered more and were left without a car at all and came to carry out the eviction, someone, on the contrary, needs to register the purchased car, deregister the vehicle and donate to the Armed Forces or register humanitarian aid coming from other countries.
A sign of the resumption of a full life after the occupation period are services that are actively gaining popularity among local residents, such as ordering individual license plates, issuing an international driver's license and, of course, taking theoretical exams from candidates for driving.
It is pleasant when customers come for services with whole families, because a visit to the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs does not take much time, and the room in which the waiting takes place is bright, spacious and with the ability to connect to the Internet.
Also in remote areas, our mobile service on wheels is constantly providing services, which is permanently located in the village of Velyka Oleksandrivka, but at the request of the community makes trips to other settlements of the region.
