The State Migration Service told how to register in an electronic queue to receive the service
Using the online service at the link, you can make an appointment for the next 2 weeks (the 15th day becomes available for pre-registration at 0 h. 00 min. daily, but taking into account working days).
Through the terminal directly in the DMS unit, you can enroll for the next 35 days (the 36th day becomes available for registration at the beginning of each working day).
Also, through the terminal, you can sign up for the current queue (“to-date”), but in this case you will have to wait your turn in the unit. In this case, a ticket is issued without a specified reception time, but with a guarantee of registration on the same day.
The number of free places in the current queue is displayed on the scoreboard, they appear during the working day.
Registration in the electronic queue is carried out only for the submission of documents. To receive already produced documents, you do not need to register in an electronic queue.
We note that during the martial law, the service does not work in all regions of Ukraine. An electronic queue entry may also not be available in individual units.
Registration of documents for citizens of Ukraine in working units that are absent in the service is carried out in a “live queue” manner.
