The project “Your GSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” involves the involvement of citizens in assessing the level of quality of public services provided by service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The evaluation is carried out through the Telegram bot, since it is it who is a powerful channel for communication with customers.
Since the beginning of the implementation of the project, 227,453 estimates have been received from the population. And Ukrainians wrote comments, sound advice and calls for improvements - 20,736.
