The segment of state e-services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system is rapidly increasing its capacity, — Igor Bondarenko
Despite the war, Ukraine has achieved significant success in creating accessible digital services: the bureaucratic procedural component of the interaction between citizen and state passes into an impersonal format, organizational and management processes are automated in many departments. The obvious advantages of new tools, in particular the Diya portal, were appreciated by many of our fellow citizens when forced to leave abroad due to the aggression of the Russian Federation. Among the leaders of digital transformation is the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Bondarenko told about the results of the functional “upgrade” and new topical projects of the law enforcement agency in an interview with the online publication “Obozrevatel”.
The main task of the current digital transformation of the components of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, according to Igor Bondarenko, is the optimization and automation of the activities of the components of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, moving in the process from fragmentary to systematic. This is a conscious informatization that allows you to create modern services for people.
“It is known that the first documents and services that appeared in the “Action” were ours, that is, they were generated by units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system. Quantitatively, they still prevail. That is, the “pilot” of “Action” was also based on our foundation. This is an example of partner synergy, as a result of which people received a convenient tool-service, a product of rethinking the functional approach to activities. Now the segment of state e-services is rapidly increasing its capacity,” the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs tells Obozrevatel.
He emphasizes that Ukraine has been resisting the enemy for the ninth month, providing all spheres of the country's life and even managing to implement modern technological solutions. According to him, after our victory, public services will receive a further update. Appropriate plans are already being prepared.
