When starting a new stage of service, remember that you will be responsible not only for your own actions, but also for the fate of the people who will need your help.
For the third year, Ukraine lives and works under the conditions of Russian armed aggression, which was started by an insidious enemy. For the third year, Ukrainian police officers are the first to arrive at the scene of shelling, evacuate civilians from the hottest points of the front, and record the crimes of the occupiers for international courts.
The functional duties of the police have changed radically during this time, but it is law enforcement officers who are part of the Security and Defense Forces at the front. As part of the assault brigade and consolidated detachments, it is the law enforcement officers who are the last hope for the rescue of civilians, it is the law enforcement officers who ensure security in every settlement of Ukraine.
Do not retreat from truth, kindness and honor. Never forget that our strength is in unity. Be worthy of your Fatherland and honor the feat of the policemen who laid down their lives in the performance of official duties and protection of Ukraine.
Do not stop there, overcome every challenge and test. Be faithful to the Oath, the Ukrainian people and the state.
