Five former militiamen are suspected of collaborating - internal security of the National Police
For their work on the occupiers, five former militiamen received positions in the law enforcement agency of the so-called “people's republic “dnr”. They face up to 15 years in prison.
Operatives of the central apparatus of the Department of Internal Security of the National Police, together with the investigators of the TU SBI located in the city of Kiev, under the procedural direction of the Kiev City Prosecutor's Office, announced in absentia the suspicion of five former militiamen. They not only voluntarily work for the occupiers and support the aggressor state, but also publicly accuse the Ukrainian military of destroying cities in Donetsk and torturing civilians. They incriminated the commission of the crime provided for in Part 7 of Article 111-1 (Collaborative Activities) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In particular, a 44-year-old resident of Donetsk region, formerly a senior deputy commissioner of the Department for Combating Crimes Related to Trafficking in Persons, received the position of “Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs - Head of the Department for Combating Organized Crime” in particular in the illegally created “DPR” “by the way.”
The former Commissioner of the Department of Combating Organized Crime of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Donetsk Oblast also wore a uniform with the symbols of the occupation authorities. In the “DPR” the woman voluntarily went to cooperate with the enemy and began to perform the duties of the senior deputy “management of the fight with organized movement”.
The former head of the criminal police in juvenile affairs of the Central City District Department of the Gorlovsk City Department of the Donetsk police also betrayed the oath. The 35-year-old defendant held a position in the juvenile affairs department of the “UAS MVD DNR”.
Also among the traitors is the former head of the criminal police department for juvenile affairs of the Donetsk city police department. He received a similar position in the “People's Militia” and calls for the overthrow of the constitutional system in Ukraine.
The list of traitors was also added by the former head of public security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Rivne region. For justifying the actions of the Russian Federation, the 57-year-old colonel of the militia “got” the chair of the rector of the local “Dzerzhinsky Academy of Internal Affairs”.
For cooperation with the enemy, the defendants face up to 15 years in prison.
