Suspicion of capital officials about appropriation of half a million budget hryvnias was reported
Among the suspects are the head of the department of the Golosiivska RDA, the head of the contracting organization and the engineer of technical supervision. Their involvement in possible theft of funds during the equipping of shelters in 15 educational institutions is being checked.
As established by the operatives of the Strategic Investigation Department in the city of Kyiv and the investigators of the Golosiivskyi Police Department, a number of contracts were concluded between the district state administration and the commercial structure at one time for the repair and equipping of shelters in the educational institutions of the district. For the appropriation of funds, inflated data on the volumes of works and their cost were deliberately entered into the acts of work performed.
Despite the inconsistency of the written data, all participants accepted the works and approved the relevant documents with their signatures.
As a result of such actions on the reconstruction and equipping of shelters in two schools in Kyiv, the defendants appropriated more than 500 thousand hryvnias of budget funds. On the basis of the received evidence, the head of the department of the Holosiivska RDA, the director of the contracting organization and the engineer for technical supervision, the police
reported the suspicion in accordance with Part 4 of Art. 191 (Appropriation, squandering of property or possession of it by abuse of official position) and Part 2 of Art. 366 (Service forgery) of the Criminal Code.
Within the framework of criminal proceedings, they check possible facts of theft of funds by suspects during the work in 15 educational institutions. The pre-trial investigation continues under the procedural guidance of the Holosiivska District Prosecutor's Office of the city. Kiev.
