More than one and a half thousand enemy strikes per day: police document consequences of shelling in Donetsk region
Russian occupation forces continue to terrorize Donetsk region, destroying residential buildings, educational institutions and critical infrastructure in the region.
Thus, during the past day, 10 settlements were under enemy fire: the cities of Kurakhovo, Mirnograd, Slovyansk, Kurakhovka, Ocheretyne, Shcherbinovka, villages Halytsynivka, Kalinovo, Karlivka, Umanske.
41 civilian objects were damaged - 29 residential buildings, an educational institution, a boiler house, social and critical infrastructure.
Russia fired 4 S-300 missiles at Mirnograd - injuring two civilians, damaging 18 apartment buildings, a private house, a boiler house, an administrative building, an educational institution, communications.
With artillery, the occupiers shelled Kurakhovka — two people were injured, 4 private houses were destroyed.
An air strike on Ocheretyne damaged an apartment building and a civilian car.
In addition, the police recorded the consequences of the attack on Alekseevo-Druzhkivka, which occurred on the night of March 23. Russian troops used a guided UPMB D30-SM aerial bomb — damaging 13 private homes.
Police and SBU opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
With the help of the police, another 14,865 people were evacuated, 344 of them children. Since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation — 147,710 people, among them 17,760 — children, 6,162 — people with disabilities.
