Police of Kharkiv region responded to 1717 messages received last day to special line 102
Every day, units of the GUNP in Kharkiv region counteract crime, provide assistance to socially vulnerable citizens, protect law and order in public places, at metro stations, car and railway stations, carry out service at checkpoints, patrol the streets.
Last day, the personnel of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region, on suspicion of involvement in sabotage and intelligence groups and in carrying out propaganda activities, 9 persons were brought to the territorial units for verification. At the checkpoints, law enforcement officers together with the military checked 2800 vehicles.
Police officers actively detect and investigate criminal crimes on a daily basis. During the study of the territory of the city and the region, the police discovered 2 facts of illegal drug trafficking and detained persons from whom narcotic substances were seized.
Near the village of Peresichne, Kharkiv region, officers of the police department №3 of the HRUP №3 found three men who carried out illegal chopping of trees. Physical evidence removed. Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 246 (illegal forfeiture or illegal transportation, storage, sale of forest) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Police officers constantly take care of the safety and social protection of the inhabitants of the city and the region, provide them with food and basic necessities.
Police units resumed their work in the liberated territories. Police officers ensure public security and order in 6 areas of de-occupation: Balakleysky, Kupyansk, Izyum, Zolochiv, Lipetsk and Volchansky.
Work continues on the survey and demining of settlements. Employees of the Explosive Service of the National Police of Ukraine with the beginning of the de-occupation measures surveyed the territory with a total area of almost 259 hectares. 6307 explosive items were seized, 86 destroyed.
Investigative units of the National Police of Ukraine carry out measures to register war crimes in liberated settlements. In total, 204 war crimes have been registered since the beginning of the de-occupation measures.
