Police opened 22 criminal proceedings on facts of war crimes of Russians in Kherson region
Russian troops once again fired on de-occupied settlements of Beryslav and Kherson districts with RSFs, artillery, tanks and mortars, and killed and wounded local residents.
As a result of enemy shelling, private houses that are unfit for living, garages, cars, shops, damaged roads were destroyed. In the regional center, the Russian army attacked residential quarters around the clock, damaged critical infrastructure, multi-storey and private houses.
Investigative and operational teams of the police worked at the scene, which recorded the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian military and collected material evidence. Over the past two days, the police opened 22 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes of the Russian military in the Kherson region.
The police received a message that during the occupation of the city. Beryslav Russian soldiers removed furniture from the office premises of the oil workshop, took away equipment from warehouses and weighting, and damaged the buildings themselves.
Near the village. Dobryanka on an enemy mini was blown up by two men aged 37 and 41. It was previously established that local residents on a tractor went to the field to process the land. The vehicle hit a mine and there was an explosion, as a result of which both men died on the spot.
A 63-year-old man was taken to the hospital in Kherson. He was diagnosed with a mine blast injury, facial and torso injuries. It was established that the man received injuries in the country after stepping on a mine.
For all the facts of Russian aggression against the civilian population, law enforcement officers opened criminal proceedings in accordance with Art. 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war) of the CCU.
