Police reported on suspicion of a resident of Krasnogorovka, who threw a grenade in the direction of people
Krasnogorovka continues to suffer from Russian shelling. Almost every day from the explosions of enemy shells in the village, houses are burned and civilians are killed. In order to get as many people as possible to safer places, law enforcement constantly organizes evacuation flights for local residents. However, police officers are also engaged in the detection of serious crimes.
Thus, in the mentioned town near one of the shops there was a conflict between a 74-year-old local resident and a 48-year-old dairy seller. The resident accused the merchant of selling low-quality goods. During the altercation, the violator took out a battle grenade and threw it in the direction of the seller.
As a result of the explosion, an accidental passer-by died. The seller and four other people who were nearby suffered injuries of varying severity. Paramedics provided first aid to the wounded and took them to the hospital.
The offender was detained by law enforcement officers at the scene of the crime.
The offender was informed of the suspicion of committing crimes on the basis of paragraph 5, 7 part 2 of article 115, part 2 of article 15, paragraph 1, 5, 7 part 2 of article 115, part 1 of article 1 of article 1. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Procedural management is carried out by the Pokrovskaya district prosecutor's office. The issue of choosing a violator of a preventive measure is being resolved.
