Operational information on enemy shelling in Ukraine
Russian occupation forces continue to terrorize the civilian population of Ukraine. Over the past 24 hours, the enemy attacked a number of civilian objects in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kherson, Kharkiv, Kharkiv, Sumy and Zaporizhia oblasts.
During the day, the units of the State Emergency Service carried out 111 visits to eliminate the consequences of shelling by the occupiers of settlements and infrastructure facilities, eliminated 12 fires, and provided psychological assistance to 69 people.
Since the beginning of the war, 136 thousand 716 expeditions have been carried out, 17 thousand 765 fires have been eliminated, 4 thousand 900 people have been rescued, and psychological assistance has been provided to 237 thousand 773 people.

Kherson, shelling, damaged the administrative building, 2 private buildings, the fire of a private house and an outbuilding was eliminated. There are no casualties. Involved 10 people and 2 equipment of the State Emergency Service. 12:10 m.

Dnipropetrovsk region February
23 01:15 in the city. The Dnieper was hit by a UAV, destroyed 2 apartments on the 9th and 1 apartment on the 8th floor of a nine-storey residential building. Damaged 2 apartments in the adjacent entrance. The fire site on the area of 20 sq. m in the destroyed apartment on the 8th floor was eliminated. Previously, 8 people were injured (7 of them hospitalized). As of 07:00 emergency and rescue work continues (with the help of a heavy crane of the municipal service, the rescuers of the State Emergency Service carry out the analysis of blockages and the deblocking of building structures at the site of impact). Involved 40 people and 13 equipment of the State Emergency Service. The heating point of the DSNS has been deployed. 4 psychologists work on site (SNS - 3, National Police - 1) provided assistance to 8 people. Municipal services are clearing the local area. For the further resettlement of residents of damaged apartments, the local authorities allocated school premises (currently 4 people need to be resettled).
Donetsk region

Konstantinopolske Pokrovsky district, shelling (RSZV), killed 1 and injured 9 people (including 4 children born in 2011, 2010, 2008 and 2007, light injuries), 3 cars fire was eliminated. Involved 9 people and 2 equipment of the State Emergency Service.

Poltavka, Kramatorsky district, shelling, on the territory of the farm, the fire of the granary, warehouse buildings, garage premises and 4 cars on a total area of 750 square meters was eliminated. There are no casualties. 15 people and 3 technicians were involved, of which 12 people and 2 SNSS technicians.
Sumy region
13:10 m Seredyna-Buda Shostkin district, shelling, damaged private house. There are no casualties.
Odessa region
22:20 m Odessa, UAV strike killed 3 people, destroyed a two-story farm building with subsequent fire. Eliminated a fire on an area of 500 sq. m. 18 people and 4 SNSS technicians were involved, including 3 psychologists (2 of them National Police).
Kharkiv Oblast
23:15 p. Mokra Rokytna, Kharkiv district, UAV strike, 2 outbuildings. There are no casualties. 10 people and 2 SNSS technicians were involved.
