Operational information on enemy shelling in Ukraine
Russian occupation forces continue to terrorize the civilian population of Ukraine. Over the past 24 hours, the enemy attacked a number of civilian objects in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Donetsk and Zaporizhzhya regions.
During the day, the units of the State Emergency Service carried out 116 visits to eliminate the consequences of shelling by the occupiers of settlements and infrastructure facilities, eliminated 6 fires, provided psychological assistance to 134 persons. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, 135 thousand 616 visits have been carried out, 17 thousand 616 were eliminated. 93 fires, 4 thousand 888 people were saved, and psychological assistance was provided to 236 thousand 643 people.

Donetsk region
10:30 New York City of Bakhmut district, airstrike (CAB), 1 person was injured, a DNZ building, an apartment building, 17 private houses and 3 cars were damaged. 11:50 p.
Sukha Balka of Bakhmut district, as a result of shelling damaged infrastructure facility. No casualties.
14:00 near p. Molocharka of Kramatorsk district, during the dismantling of the GNP (artillery), 1 person was killed and 1 injured (civilian). 15:10 New York City of Bakhmut district, air strike (CAB), destroyed the entrance of a five-story residential building from the 5th to the 1st floor.
Under the rubble there may be 2 people. At 18:00 due to the safety component, emergency rescue operations were suspended by the units of the State Emergency Service. 14 people and 4 SNSS technicians were involved.
Zaporizhzhya region February
13 03:10 m. Gulyaypole, shelling, the fire of a private house and garage on the area of 30 sq. m. There are no casualties. Involved 9 people and 2 SNSS technicians.
