Operational information on enemy shelling in Ukraine
Russian occupation forces continue to terrorize the civilian population of Ukraine. Over the past 24 hours, the enemy attacked a number of civilian objects in Kherson, Kharkiv, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions.
During the day, the units of the State Emergency Service carried out 33 visits to eliminate the consequences of shelling by the occupiers of settlements and infrastructure facilities, eliminated 5 fires, provided psychological assistance to 119 persons.Since the beginning of the full-scale war, 135 thousand 500 departures have been carried out, 17 thousand 687 were eliminated fires, 4 thousand 888 people were saved, psychological assistance was provided to 236 thousand 509 people.
Kherson region

13:35 m. Kherson, shelling, damaged the roof of the Kherson Cardiology Center. There are no casualties.
Kharkiv Oblast
10:30 a.m. Volchansk, shelling, private house damaged. There are no casualties.
17:00 Borova village of Izyum district, shelling, damaged the house of culture (repeatedly subjected to shelling) and glazing of the windows of the district police department building. There are no casualties. For the survey, 4 people and 1 SNSS technician were involved.
22:20 m. Vovchansk, shelling, eliminated fires of an outbuilding and a car on a total area of 80 square meters. There are no casualties. 8 people and 2 SNSS technicians were involved.
23:00 p. Liptsi Kharkiv district, shelling, destroyed 1 and 2 private houses damaged. There are no casualties. 23:00 m. Lyubotyn, missile strike destroyed two outbuildings, damaged an apartment building, the facade of the driving school and the building of a fitness club. There are no casualties. For the survey, 12 people and 2 SNSS technicians were involved.

Sumy region
12:45 p. Boyaro-Lezhachi of Konotop district, shelling (RSZV), private house and tractor damaged. There are no casualties.
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
13:55 pp. Ilinka of Nikopol district, UAV strike, private house damaged. There are no casualties. For the survey, 4 persons and 1 unit of the SNSS equipment were involved. 15:15 p. Mariivka Nikopol district, UAV hit, private house damaged. There are no casualties. For the survey, 4 people and 1 SNSS technician were involved.
16:10 m. Nikopol, UAV hit, private house and outbuilding damaged. There are no casualties.
22:10 m. Pavlograd, UAV hit, hit an infrastructure facility, fire was eliminated. There are no casualties. 36 people and 7 SNSS technicians were involved. De-energized m. Pavlograd (about 44 thousand subscribers) and 12 settlements (about 1 thousand 600 subscribers) of Pavlograd district, as a result of which 13 out of 14 boiler houses of the city were temporarily suspended, 547 apartment buildings remained without heat supply, 4 hospitals and a maternity hospital (operating on electric generators). The air temperature is 9 degrees Celsius. Due to the de-energization of the pumping station, the city was left without water supply. Ternivka (about 10 thousand subscribers).
