Chernivchanin Alexey Goytenyuk has been engaged in entrepreneurship for 20 years. From the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion, he became a volunteer and helped provide Ukrainian fighters on the front line with everything they needed. Now the man decided to join the assault brigade of the NPU “Fury”.
The 45-year-old resident of Bukovyna has a large family: parents, wife and three children. Since the beginning of the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, Oleksiy, along with other entrepreneurs, has strongly supported the Ukrainian military, which protects the territorial integrity of the state. Joining the volunteer movement, the Bukovinian collected, bought and transported the necessary items and products to the fighters to the front.
“I always told the boys that I wanted them to fight together. They talked about waiting, they say, it's not time yet and too early. Now I understand - the time has come. The brothers told about “Fury” and how to submit documents here. And I, without hesitation, immediately did it. The very name of the unit characterizes my inner state at the moment on the way to the destruction of the enemy. First of all, I want to protect my own family, family, Motherland from the invaders. For the sake of my family, I go to the front. I see Ukraine as a flourishing and independent state, — says Oleksiy.
Currently, the Bukovinian is undergoing the first stages of selection for the assault brigade of the National Police. He is confident that he will overcome them and in the near future, as part of the Defense Forces, will defend Ukrainian lands from Russian invaders.
