Because of the attack, there was a fire. Rescuers extinguished the flames and began dismantling the rubble. The search and rescue operation lasted more than 9 hours.
As a result of the Russian strike, 5 people were killed: a woman, her two sons, a grandmother and a relative who came to visit. Rescuers unblocked the bodies of the dead from under the rubble of the house.
Police investigators also worked at the scene, which recorded this next crime against the civilian population.
“In total, more than 550 attacks were recorded over the past day - 90 settlements in 8 regions of the state were hit,” Ihor Klymenko noted.
