This is 62 appeals per day, each of which is important to us, and we do our best to find answers and provide the necessary advice.
In addition, since the beginning of the year, more than 1.3 thousand citizens have been provided with consultations in person, of which 153 — in the past week.
More than 700 questionnaires with information about missing persons came to the Office through the service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “Single Window for Citizens”.
