Assets worth more than UAH 17 million were seized in Cherkasy region and transferred to ARMA
The owner of the corporate rights of several companies is a citizen of the Russian Federation.
Operatives of the Directorate of Strategic Investigations in the Cherkasy region and investigators of the Investigative Department of the Regional Police continue to carry out measures to prevent the withdrawal of funds to the aggressor country that can be used to finance the occupying army and other illegal military armed formations.
According to their results, the police established a number of enterprises in which a citizen of the Russian Federation has shares in the authorized capital. The activities of these companies are associated with the wholesale trade of chemical products, most of which are imported from Russia. Therefore, the funds were withdrawn to the accounts of companies of the Russian Federation. In addition, he is the co-founder of a Russian company that executes government orders for defense enterprises.
In order to block the further withdrawal of funds to the aggressor country in the framework of criminal proceedings under the procedural guidance of the Cherkasy Regional Prosecutor's Office, the corporate rights of the companies were arrested.
Currently, the seized assets totaling more than UAH 17 million have been transferred to commercial management to ARMA. The funds received from the sale of assets related to the Russian Federation can be used for the needs of the Armed Forces and the reconstruction of infrastructure destroyed by the enemy.
