Minister of the Interior Denis Monastyrsky reported on the elimination of the destruction caused by yesterday's massive rocket attacks
During the regular meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Minister of Internal Affairs Denis Monastyrsky reported on the elimination of the destruction caused by the aggressor's rocket attacks, as well as on the protection of critical infrastructure of Ukraine.
According to the National Police of Ukraine, 20 people have been killed and 108 injured as a result of yesterday's enemy rocket attacks. Among the dead — one policeman, several other employees of the National Police were wounded.
205 objects were damaged. Of these, 46 are private houses, 30 are apartment buildings, 101 other facilities, including schools, hospitals and kindergartens. The National Police records and collects the evidence base of these war crimes of the Russians.
According to the State Emergency Service, more than a thousand rescuers and 120 units of equipment were involved in the elimination of the consequences of missile strikes. 354 sorties were made, 51 fires were eliminated, 674 people were rescued. Among the damaged facilities are 18 power plants, of which 8 are thermal power plants.
A number of important issues were also discussed at the meeting of the Supreme Commander's Stakes. First of all, we discussed the situation on the front line and noted the quality work of the units of the Armed Forces that protect our skies. The steps of further de-occupation of Ukrainian territories were discussed. Finally, we discussed the preparation of our troops for the winter.
