The migration service in the Dnipropetrovsk region helped the man to restore his passport, which was damaged by enemy shelling
On April 19, a man named Ruslan addressed the Apostolic Department of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region about the issue of exchanging a passport due to its unsuitability for use.
In his hand, he held an ID card with strange damage. According to his explanation, the passport was damaged during the Russian shelling of the city of Apostolovo last year. The document was in the pocket of a jacket left in the courtyard of his house when the owner was forced to urgently hide from the shelling in the basement. Ruslan searched for a long time among the wreckage in the dilapidated yard, but found it only recently and decided to restore it.
Every day, employees of the Migration Service help our compatriots in matters of documentation in order to enable them to fully use all the opportunities and privileges of a citizen of Ukraine.
