Dog border guard Yuri prepares four-legged wards for service at the border
Yuri has been training four-legged guards for two years. He chose the profession by heart, because he loves animals very much. The dog trainer trains the youngest tailed ones, who will soon go to guard our borders.
From the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the border guard defended the Motherland — he guarded the borders of our state first in the north, and later went to the east. He says that he did not hesitate for a moment, because he took an oath of loyalty to the Ukrainian people.
“In the fall, our unit went east, where we defended positions in the Avdiyivka area. In the early days, I got used to the situation, to constant shelling, but you get used to everything and I just did my duty. I understood that I had to protect my family, because who, if not me? One day the enemy attacked our positions, then came under fire from tanks and artillery, and then landed a landing. There was a fierce fight and one of our fighters was wounded, but we were able to repel the attack and evacuate our brothers,” recalls the dog handler.
Now Yuri is engaged in his favorite business - canology. He prepares four-legged wards for service on the border: teaches to execute commands, overcome obstacles. His pet Bari was all grown up as long as the boy was defending the state, but he quickly made contact with him, so now they are one team.
