Managed the center for the provision of social services: another henchman of the occupiers was exposed in Kharkiv region
Investigators found out that during the temporary occupation of the Kupyansk district, a 62-year-old resident of the village Tokarivka voluntarily agreed to take the position of “acting director of the territorial center of social services of the Dvorichansk village council of the military-civilian administration of the Kupyansk district Kharkov district Kyiv region”.
The woman managed the actions of subordinate employees, received cash, carried out their accounting and distribution, transferred for safekeeping, compiled and signed accounting documentation, drew up applications for financing expenses, was engaged in the issuance of funds for the payment of benefits to pensioners and payments wages to employees.
She also participated in the working meetings of the illegally formed so-called “military civil administration of the Kharkiv region” and received monetary remuneration for her work in the form of a salary in rubles.
Investigators of Unit No. 1 of the Investigative Department of the Kupyansk RVP GUNP in Kharkiv Oblast under the procedural leadership of the Kupyansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Oblast, the offender was informed of the suspicion under Part 5 of Article 111-1 (collaborative activity) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The sanction of the article provides for up to 10 years imprisonment with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of ten to fifteen years and with or without confiscation of property.
